Any experience with the gtp 420 cam?
Maybe one of you desktop dyno guys could run a simulation for me.
I'm kinda curious what the power curve looks like. It's fairly short duration compared to other cams with the same lift numbers, and it's only a 112 LSA, so I know I'll be hearing it too. Just wondering what drivability will look like as well as what the single pattern will do to the curve.
here's the specs: 226/226 .595/.595 112
Edit: if you do run a sim, the rest of my mods are: 918 blue strips springs on stock 99 heads, long tubes with ORY, yank 3500 converter, 3.42 gears, !EGR, !AIR, TB coolant bypass, FRA, lid, K&N, etc

That kinda sounds like what a shop did by me. They put the biggest compcams in there and it was i believe .595 also. I know it put down good #s but it did it with FULL bolt ons including Ported TB,LS6 intake, Pullys. And the Firehawk RUNS
