Head swap questions

Head swap questions Have 2000 camaro all bolt ons thunder 224/224 114 cam, putting 5.7 heads on they have been milled .20 . Do i need a .20 shorter push rod or is their enough play in the lifters? Heads have Manley valves 2.02 and 1.57. Also do they make anything to clean out threads in block , all the lock tight ,bolts go in hard.
