i have a 224 cam on stock heads with boltons. my car is an 02 with 10k miles on it. soon i will be doing heads....as well as a pulley and timing chain. will i be ok with the single non adjustable, or will i need an adjustable?

unless you wanna fiddle with the timing of the cam. doesn't sound like you'll need to
If you didn't have a +2* ground in already, probably. But, that should moreso depend on what your goals are really. A 2-4* advance ground into a cam is standard proceedure. It's done that way so you can just install them straight-up (dot to dot) - no need for an adjustable chain set.
The 112 is you LSA-Lobe Separation Angle
Things such as your ICL would matter if degreeing in the cam, but I'm not what I'd consider a PRO on that topic so that's where I will stop...@ the top of the 'Internal Engine' section, you'll find a sticky with every bit of cam info. you'll ever need. Read it, and feel smart...
