02 Silverado WHAT CAN I DO FOR MORE POWER BESIDES NOS OR FORCED INDUCTION?
I have a 2002 Chevy 4X4 4.3L V6 and i know my truck will never be very fast or powerful. But i was wondering what mods i could do to the engine. For example: Port and polished heads, valve timing, intake manifold, cam
What combination would i get the most power?

Re: 02 Silverado Your least expensive and most power options would be air in and out, i.e., K&N FIPK system, cat back system, headers. Gibson makes very nice cat back systems under $300. They aren't stainless but they aren't $900 either.
