Hi doing a head cam headder swap

Gm told me that a head gasket / bolt combo will be 307.62
??? I can get a full felpro kit for 150 is the gm one that much better?

Also im installing headers do I need to buy new gaskets? if so just manifold or headder? GM told me that they do not sell headder just manifold?
