Default GTP S2 head question

I just got my GTP S2 heads. They are 853 castings.

I found something in the intake port that I found unusual. The threaded hole for the intake rocker is open into the intake port, creating a hole in the side of the port. Is this correct. This hole is present on all eight intake ports so I assume it is correct.

Does the rocker arm bolt seal this hole when the rocker arm is installed?

Can this hole cause a vacuum leak or cause oil consumption problems by allowing oil to get into the intake port or will the rocker arm bolt seal the hole?

Thanks.

Use locktite on the rocker arm bolts. There's another post asking the same question on this page.

I used teflon thread sealer. Didn't want the bolt to get seized up in there using loctite. They're hard enough to get loose sometimes as it is.
