Rev-Kit
, so I thought maybe y'all would be willing to help.
I shift at around 5500-6k rpms. Should I get a rev-kit? If so, where can I find them? I hang out at http://forums.stangnet.com/
But why do you want a shift kit? I take it is a T5, so why would you want to go past the 6K redline on a stock 302?

Ouch. I do have an F Body.......only it's pronounced Fffff.............ox body
I don't want the rev kit so I can go above 6 grand, I just want it so I don't have to worry about valve-float. Just a precaution. Kinda like using a condom, I guess.

The problem is with a rev kit for a Ford is Ford Racing makes a kit just for the N351 cylinder head only. No other manufacture as made one for a while, unless someone has just started making them for a standard head again. If you still have the factory heads on it don't even waste your money putting it into the factory heads. If it is a stock camshaft you won't make power that high 5500-6000 rpm.

Thanks!
I guess I should add-in that my baby is bottle fed.
But shhhhhh, it's a secret.
Anyway, I realized that when I am on the spray, I hit faster times when I go higher in rpms. Should springs do the job?

I plan on putting in a FRPP E303 cam with 1.6 rollers. However, I also heard about puttin on the GT40P heads off the 5.0 Explorer.
What would the best bang-for-buck be? Should I throw in the E303 with the 1.6 rockers and get the stock heads ported?
If I ever go real crazy
I wanna put in a 347 streetfighter stroker kit with Twisted Wedge heads and an X303 cam.
