Question ? about install price

What would be a good price for install on Heads, Cam, and Headers? I'd much rather pay someone who's been doing it for a while so I know it's done right. I've been quoted 1250 for all the installs plus dyno time before and after plus tuning on the dyno afterwards. Does this sound about right for an average install? Thanks.

Including dyno time and tuning $1250 is a good price, but I'm going by prices in my area which may be higher than in WV.
