ls1 derived heads
ls1 derived heads ok i was wondering if heads from a 6.0 ls1 derived engine or a gen III would fit a 5.7 ls1 engine. Would there be any compresion leaks or coolant leaks, would i need to do anything special to make them fit or would they just bolt right on??

Search is your friend for stuff like this. But basically yes, they will fit without any leaks etc. The 6.0L heads drop compression thats about all.
cool thanks i was asking cause i saw some ported 6.0 heads for sale for like 400 bucks on ebay and i was wondering if the performance gain would be enough to upset the compresion drop.
