42 ponders are sufficient to handle 600 rwhp.
1- What is your motor putting out NA
2- Your injectors are not supplying the fuel for the nitrous (wet), your fuel jets are.
So if your injectors are sufficient for your motor, they are sufficient for your N2O runs.
Now fuel pump is another question, depending on your NA motor output, you may need to upgrade to a bigger fuel pump.
IMO I would run a stand alone fuel tank and pump for the nitrous, that way you will not be affected by drops of fuel pressure at the rail due to the demand of a big shot of nitrous, not to mention you could run race gas in that tank and help your detonation.

Static Flow Rate: 42.29 lb/hr @ 43.5PSI (300kPa) or 320gm/min
Static Flow Rate: 48.83 lb/hr @ 58.0PSI (300kPa) or 370gm/min
Notice the highlighted rate at 58 psi. The trick is to run an adjustable fuel regulator at the rail and make sure this psi is maintained or exceeded.
I run a Racetronix 255 with harness and I'm able to maintain 62 psi at the rail.
I'm running 560rwhp on SVO's 30 @ a 93% cycle on juice (dry) dual stage.
