Cams Ok my car a 2001 trans am ws6 6-speed has dynoed at 356hp and 375tq at the wheels and I want to go with a heads and cam package.
I have been recommended a 224/228 114 lobe separation 4 degree advance and 570-580 lift.
I want 400+ at the wheels along WITH 400+ torque at the wheels, none of this bullshit 450hp and 380tq.
Has anyone accomplished this??? Could you tell me your cam specs if you have?

What are your drivablity goals? A 222 or 224 cam on a 114 or 115 lsa when used with a decent head should put you right at the power you're looking for and still be Very nice to drive.
