Question help on a quest for 10s

I'm building a 98 Firebird V6, but will be dropping an 03 LS6 in it, 4.30 gears, 4L60 with an Art Carr 3500 stall. The vehicle will gutted and suspension will be set up accordingly for traction and front subrframe for weight, my question is as follows, I have two brand new cams laying around and wanted this forum's opinion on which one to use. A TSP 224R 112+3 w/581 lift, or an SLP 228/228, 571 lift on a 112. Which would make the best power. I'm trying not to buy another cam, Thanks in advance

Here's another option, go with a larger stall (if you want 10's NA you will need something bigger than 3500) and go for it Stock internals. If the car is light enough and set up right you could possibly do it. Plus, you would maximize your curent combo before adding more go fast parts.

On max effort NA set up's the Yank thruster pro 'verters seem to work very well, esp. the 4400. I would go at least 4000.
