best oil to use?? ATTN: Patman well please dont get mad at me for posting this question. Im trying to figure out what oil is best for my beat around 1993 jeep grand charokee 4x4 w/ 60,000 miles on it. i know PATMAN is THE oil guru so i was just wanting his opinion.
BTW i just had my oil changed in my 2001 SS and used Castrol Syntec 0w30 and i made sure it had the Made In Germany on the back. Cant wait and see if it makes a difference in oil usage.

The Jeeps tend to like a little bit thicker oil actually. Mobil 1's 5w40 Truck and SUV would be an excellent choice, or Rotella synthetic 5w40 (which is priced a bit lower)
