Default Help me find the best cam for my car

I have a 01 Trans Am WS6 M6 with QTP 1 3/4 Lt's, 3 inch Y pipe w/ no cats, MTI lid w/ a K&N filter and a Flowmaster exhaust on right now. I have a set of TEA stage 2.5 5.3 heads with a 2.055 intake and a stock 1.55 exhaust milled about .010 for a 11.1:1 cr sitting in a box. I was thinking of getting something with a duration around 226-228 on the intake and 230-232 for the exhaust. I would like something that starts making power around 2000-2300 rpms. I will be getting a 12 bolt w/ 4.10's and a Mcleod clutch sometime soon. I only go to the track a few times a year and I would like to make my car a mid to low 11 second car. The car is my weekend toy and I do not plan on gutting it out and I would like to keep all my power options. I don't mind a rough idle, but I don't want something too radical and I don't want to lose all my low end power. Here are my flow numbers.

Lift Intake Exhaust
0.1000 68.6 50.8
0.2000 138.8 115.2
0.3000 202.1 171.3
0.4000 255.8 215.9
0.5000 291.0 249.6
0.5500 305.8 260.4
0.6000 317.1 268.9

you could have a cam custom ground according to your flow numbers or talk to one of the sponsors and ask them what they recommend for your combo.FMS has there cams on sale right now, a lot of people on the board run them.their FM10 looks like it would work good with your heads,IMO.

For real. Call up TSP of FMS and have them grind you something custom...it'll be sweet and will cost the same as an off the shelf cam.
