I have Got a 1999 Camaro SS LS1.If I go to 2001 LS6 Valve Springs will it Give me KR like the SLP Valve Springs I got with the 1.85 Rocker arm kit?I am Pulling 3-4 Degrees of timming @4800 and higher.These damn things are Noisy.And The guy I talked to at SLP said there Springs are not the cause of my KR <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> Its Funny that my Motor was NOT prone to KR.The only time I had it was when I tampered with my MAF.Now I have it with EVERY RUN.
What is a good Spring for .540 lift at .05 that is quiet <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

springs don't make noise....it's your rockers.

I heard I can shim them to quiet them down,Is this true?

I don't believe anyone makes a higher ratio rocker that doesn't wreak havoc with the knock sensors.
