Need help, dosent run! I have a 98 ws6 trans am.
When i start up the car it maeks it to about 1k rpm, then cuts out. I kep trying over and over, applying brakes, giving gas etc. After a while, popped the hood, and noticed a rubber smell. Any ideas on what might be going on, quick fix? Everythign was going good until yesterday, when cruizing the check light came on. Being only about 25miles away from home I thought nothing off it, and parked the car. Today when I started it up, well the story is above. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
