I have the rollmaster double, with the ASP pulley... didnt have any problems installing it. And 10k miles later, i still have no issues...

So it looks like this is a problem just with the SLP chain. No one with a Rollmaster double has had clearance issues?

I really don't think that it is only a issue with the SLP double roller timing set. Any double roller set requires spacing the oil pump out for chain clearance. Perhaps some ASP pullies are milled back more than others - whoknows - All I know is mine was dammaged. And others are having troubles as well.
