Default Need cam choice help!

Ok here it is I had and SLP nice cam.595 224/ 224, weak on top end traded out to a costom grind. 242/245 @ 6.12/6,.12 113 LSA this cam is too much. Even with a 4000 stall it chugs around trying to move in town sounds like Hell! What kind of cam do I need to get? I like the big duration but I thinjk thats whats killing me. the cams range is 3200 to 7000rpm. This is why I'm dying in normal drive right? Car runs great on track but I still think iit a bit much. What cam would you pick? here are some of my mods that go with the cam Patriot 6.0 heads 76cc stage III Dual springs hold .650 stock crank and pistons Yank SS 4000 cam killed the Mikes trick shift so Im getting and EVL 4L60E stage 3 with strange rear 3.55. Any help would be appreciated

FWIW I'm seeing alot of great things about the TSP 233/239 and 233/233 torquer cams. There are a few people here who have installed these with fantastic results in drivability and all around power with torque curces that are very impressive. I'm personally about to install the TSP magic stick (ms3) in a couple of months.I know one guy here who has that cam in an automatic car and loves it.
