well theres a lot of variables to consider with a cam, its not a "pick the best" ang go type thing

Use the search function. You need a cam that fits your setup. While my cam may work wonders in my car, if it doesn't fit your setup it won't work in yours. There have been a zillion threads on this - just search for them.
