what head gaskets to use with 5.3 heads?

what head gaskets to use with 5.3 heads? this is the second time i have had my heads off i have an 04 gto with tea 5.3 heads on it and ever since i have put them on i loose a quart or two of collant every two weeks . should i use the new or old style gasket on the car right now i am using the new style
Use the new style 5.7's not 5.3's had some one hear do that and it made it a few months before he really figured out what happened etc... You can try the older graphite gaskets, but if you have to pull the heads again the are harder to clean up. Are you sure it is the heads? Had a friend with a bad radiator cap and so it just kept pushing it in the over flow etc... never left a drop on the ground so it took us a while to figure it out. They have two springs one for the cap to seal to the top of the radiator and ofcourse the one you see. He had the upper spring collaps. Just something else to check. Good luck!
