need some advice(fast)

need some advice(fast) basically i'm sick of trying to fish this damn bolt out of my oil pan. i have no idea where it is, the big magnet isnt working, and the little pen magnet is frustrating me, so i'm just gonna pull the pan.
1.) how do i get the motor mount bolt out? i took the nut off but the bolt wont budge.
2.) to lower the k member i just unscrew the 6 bolts and slide it down?
3.) will i have enough room to take the pan out?
4.) if there is an easier way to do anything let me know please!
