Project Hugger Raging Motorsports (http://www.ragingmotorsports.com)is well underway with "Project Hugger" (fairly significant mods to my beloved 1999 Hugger Orange SS Convertible).
Estimated baseline: 315-320 RWHP
Current Mods: Cold air induction, mass flow, bellows, TB bypass, loud mouth, 160 thermostat, 4:10 gears with T/A girdle, pro 5.0 shifter, Koni 8 way adjustable shocks, Baer Eradispeed brakes w/Hawk pads, Eibach Pro-Kit, 315 Nitto's on back.
Project Hugger Mods: GTP Stage II 5.7 heads, Comp Cam 228/224, CC push rods, LS6 intake, Jet Hot LT headers, Hooker Catback, off road Y-pipe, ported TB, Katech Oil pump, Rollmaster double roller timing chain, McCloud Twin Disk, ASP underdrive pulley, NGK TR55's with Taylor 10mm wires. (I'm glad my wife has a since of humor)
I will post dyno results next week...shooting for 430 RWHP with 415 lb/ft torque.
Next mods - 12 bolt, 427 Super Stroker (after my wife gets that since of humor back).
Convertibles are heavy... just add more power.

Tha sounds like "Project Hugger" is going to be an animal! I can kick myself in the *** for not getting a Hugger Orange SS when I bought my 1999 SS. Pictures are a must!!!!!!
