TheBlur, yes it is almost that easy. You do need to rotate the engine over two times or so and re-torque the rocker bolts but that is about it.

hi-jack...over s10v8 when you remove the rockers and replace the pushrods, roll them on a flat surface to check for straightness, replace them with new hardened ones, and torque the ROCKERS to 22ft lbs, be sure to put locktite on these bolts as welll
as far as plug gap, if your all motor no spray put NGK TR55's at .050 ish
if you are spraying NGK TR6s at .035 ish
