It's hard to beat the MTI C1 Hammer Cam. 222/222 .568,.568 112

Awesome low and mid range power and good top end power too. Great street cam and pretty good at the drag strip too. See sig.

If you dont want to run steeper gears, and you only want to run a 3000-3500 stall than I would not go larger than ~228-230 on the duration. I believe you also mentioned nitrous in a previous post. With all of these parameters, I would say a F11 (228/230) on a 114 from Futral (or similar from another shop if you prefer) would be pretty close to what you are looking for.

With tuning it will drive great, and wont feel like a dog tooling around town like a larger cam would with the smaller gears. Its got a nice split for the nitrous, and the n/a power band wont be too peaky, and on a 114lsa it wont be too choppy.

Good Luck.

i have the 224/224 and like Revel posted, im going with the F10 228/228 or the F11 228/230

Ive had the 224 for 2 years now so i just wanted something a tad bigger and about 10-15hp more.

the futural cams seem to be pretty good street cams from what i have heard and seen... time for me to try one out
