Default Haven't started the car in a couple months....

I haven't started my car in a couple months and I was wondering if I should disconnect the coil packs and just turn the car over without firing to pump some oil through it?
If so do I need to disconnect the injectors also, and how so?

It's also pretty cold here (highs in 30's) but I want to start the car just to run it for a bit since I haven't in so long.

Any other recommendations?

Thanks.

Check the oil. Disconnect the coil pack connectors, remove the fuel pump fuse. Crank over for 10 seconds or so. Reinstall everyting, warm up.
