Default Should I go with a cam swap?

Just wondering what you guys think about the LPE GT2-3 Cam. Here's my setup:
LPE top end kit: GT2-3 cam(207/220 .571/.578 w 1.7 rocker 118.5 CL) , hand ported/polished heads, LS6 Intake, Air Lid, Mac Midlengths, Offroad Y-pipe, Borla, Cut-out, TR6 Plugs, Ported throttle body, Stock Gears, M6. I also have a TNT 100hp wet kit.

This setup put down 387hp/374tq peaking at 5800 and 4700 without the NOS. Seems to have good low end torque from what I've been told. A/F was at 13.3 from 4000 rpm's on up. This cam is definitely a sleeper, can't hear it at all.

Can I benefit from a cam swap with stock gears and this setup without spraying the NOS? What cam options are there and what would they offer me with this setup? This car is no longer a daily driver, so I'm not afraid to get agressive with my choice.

What cam should I throw in if I want to spray the motor? How would this cam affect the hp/tq and performance when I'm not spraying?

Obviously I'm pretty clueless when it comes to cam choices and specs. What exactly do all the numbers in cam specs really mean? Any help would really be appreciated.

That was a great link, but it was a bit over my head when it comes to what the different cams produce and work best with different applications. I am basically looking for a cam that will give me some extra juice when cruising around Dallas on the weekends, and will work nicely if I ever hit the spray. I also want to make sure it is a cam that I can take full advantage of with stock 3.42 gears w/M6.
