Default When do aftermarket lifters need to be replaced?

I have a built 382, Comp cams lifters, with about 25,000 miles on them. I am changing cam, taking heads off, going with new headers, etc. Should I bother to inspect them, can I tell much by just looking? Are many miles are they usually good for?

Thanks,

Big Cam going in with 200 shot, if that matters...

I'd put at least another 50k on them.
