Default CC 224/224 116-118 lsa possible w/ TEA 1.5 heads and stock pistons?

I'm purchasing the TEA 1.5s and was thinking of getting the Comp Cams 224/224 but with a wider lobe seperation. I want a smoother idle than their 114* cam and more emissions friendliness. Am I going to have piston to valve issues?

Thanks.

I have TEA S2 5.3 heads with a 226/226,585 +4 degrees ground in and a 116 lsa that will be in next week.
I'll let you know then.

I talked to Brian the other day, and he told me that a 5.3 head being milled for 10.8 or so compression will NOT have piston to valve clearance issues on the smaller cams (ie less than 230/230).
