Default How much oil coming out top of pushrod

Have the ticking noise coming from top of engine. Oil pressure is good 45 lbs at idle and 60 cruising. Sounds like its the last lifter at the front on the passenger side. My question is to someone who has run the engine with the valve cover of before, how much oil do you see coming out the top of the push rod. Is it squirting out and hitting the top of the valve cover or good amount being slung from the rocker. On the valve cover were the oil fill neck I can pull the neck out and see the rocker arm for the exhaust rocker and there is very little oil coming out this rocker hole not enough for the rocker even slinging it of the top of the rocker when it's moving. Also have any idea what would possibly keep oil from this last lifter.
