Default thermostate temperatures

im intersted in getting a lower temperature therostat, but dont want it too low like the 180* is there a middle range thermostat?
what temperatures do they sell them ?

180 is the middle range 160 is the low one.

does the 180* still alow your heat to be hot in winter?

My 160 still provides more heat than I will ever need in my car. With a 160 my car runs at about 180 or so operating temp. I got it because I wanted to get rid of knock. Its gone but I did other things at the same time to get rid of it.

yah the colder thermos just seem to take longer to even get to 160 but yah you'll get heat..just may take a mile or so of driving.
