After completing home port/polish (mild) on heads, I'll be sending them out for a valvejob. I'd like to go w/2.02-1.60 size upgrade. Other changes include Compcams 216/220 w/mild lift(or equivalent), w/LT's, ported TB and MAF, and eventually, LS6 intake. My questions are: How much does the valve upgrade change the proportion of flow between intake and exhaust. Would you folks recommend a different cam based on new flow characteristics? I'd like flow, but without the heavy-duty lift or lope associated with a large cam.
