In normal competition..it has to be factory and in the factory location. At this point in time I would have to say there will not be an LS-1 competition. There is no information anywhere on the EMC about the LS-1, however the big block stuff is on there. I'm trying to get in tough witht the guy that heads up all of the EMC stuff...seeems he is on vacation. If there was an LS-1 competition the forms would already be out but, there is only big block stuff.

I agree LS1Tech should put on its own Engine Masters Event. Get all of the builders on here and see what they can do and who is the best. That would be fun and sell lots of motors.

If we did it on here at LS1Tech the winnings would probably be a little less. The money the winning shop will get when they sell there motors would be well worth it for the shop I think. I just think it would be cool and work out for everyone. Just my 02 cents.

Man,
That would be an awesome way to put all the engine builders/sponsors here on Ls1tech on a level playing field, and let there abilities speak for themselves. Plus, I would imagine the attention it would draw from the outside "non ls1tech.com" world would be tremendous.
Oh yea, and i don't think there's any doubt the motors built would have a hard time selling after they were used for the engine masters challenge.....
Do it Ls1tech!!!
