New internal engine tool !!!
What labor charge do you / will you (if the price changes because of the new tool), charge for a cam swap?

I am nervous I might have dropped a lifter myself. Before changin the cam, I would turn the cam and the lifters would stay up overnight. You would have to push them down with the pushrod. Now after installing the new cam some of the lifters seem to follow the cam without being hung up.
However when I drop in the pushrods they are stick out the same distance out of the heads, leaving me to believe that none of the lifters dropped. I dunno.

I just finished my first cam swap TODAY with all 16 annoying pen magnets...
Glad I could speed up the developement of this new tool
Tommy
PS the magnets worked fine!
Putting the lifter in is the bitch, tho. Gotta pull the head.
Good luck,

This tool eliminates the fear of dropping lifters during your cam change.
No more 16 pen magnets.
No need to remove the push rods.
No more rushing to install the new camshaft.
No removal of heads to avoid dropping lifters.
No more gouging cam bearings rushing the new cam into the motor either!
The Patent Pending status is now finalized and will be available in aprox 2 weeks from Thunder Racing only.
Thanks!
