I am spraying 150 on top of about 400rwhp without any problems if that give you some idea. I know of a few people on this board, Navy David and Nine Finger, that spray 200 on top of about 400rwhp without any problems.

Just make sure you have it tuned properly and you don't run out of fuel.

No problems so far. Stock bottom-end. Heads/Cam only (and a FEW other bolt ons ). 200 shot on top of 412rwhp. Will more than likely try 250 shot this summer - god I want those 9's . I say so far, because you never know when you last trip down the track will be. I am in total agreement on making sure that you are tuned right, AND that you fuel system is up to the trask.

9's on stock bottom end... Has that been done yet on an LS1? I've seen plenty of mid 10's but not 9's yet. Good luck on getting there. Should be able to even on a 225shot and a cool day.

Yep, look on LS1Speed.com at Juggernaut's car. Stock bottom end, cam, bolt-ons and nitrous=9.64@138!! Stock heads too!!

Not sure about the stock heads, but that car is fast. There is 2 other cars running 9's with stock bottom end. Next (Eric) is running 9.8's and I believe it was OZ1. I hoping to be number 4.

I disagree, rod bolts strength is a rpm concern, not hp. If you spray motor and keep rpm c.lose to n/A power, than only rod itself feels extra strain.
Rod bolt only comes into play on upstroke of piston. If you gear car for N/A and than spray than you will abuse rods and rod bolts by spinning extra rpm thru gains in mph.
