Default TEA 5.3L S1.5 owners

I have an M6 daily driver with all the bolt-ons. A 3.73 12 bolt is also on the way. I just picked up the heads and having a hell of a time picking out a cam. What kind of cams are you guys using. How does it drive and what kind of numbers (track or dyno) have you seen?

I would order:
224/228 XER on 111lsa
228/232 XER on 112lsa
232/236 XER on 112lsa

The determining factor will be driveability and shift points. The smaller cam will be shifted at a lower RPM than the larger cams. I woudl go with a 224/228 if its mostly a street car.
