currently changing gear isn't an option, not worth putting the money in the 10 bolt, and i can't afford to do a 12 bolt right now. now i seem to be getting conflicting opinions here. I talked to TSP(great people by the way) and they say either the 231/237 or the 233/239 is what i'm looking for but from what i've read neither seem to right for my application. so what cam do i want?

Well, you're running an auto, so I wouldn't worry as much about putting gears in the 10 bolt... if you got some 3.42s or 3.73s to go with the 3500 converter you have, it would do just fine with the 231/237 or 233/239.

I was basing my call for 4.10s or higher on an M6 car... yours is an A4, so I wouldn't recommend that steep of a gear set anyhow.

Tranzor_Z28: i've got 3.23's right now and probably will for another year. I also feel i can give up some low end torque to keep from frying the tires everywhere.
