been running my VHP/ Crane duals for almost 10 months now. just swapped them from the stock heads to the VHP 4.8L heads i just put on the wife's car in january. no problems as of yet. and if there were any pressure issues, i'm sure roger vinci would've told me before they swapped them over to the new heads.

Spring pressures were 100-110#'s at 1.800. Don't know abou the shims. They were installed at 1.830 before which is correct for the springs when they are new. Less than 3000 miles of street only driving.

I ran mine for 12000 miles on a G5X2 cam with no problems. Dyno numbers with the X2 in my sig were with 11000 miles on them. No valve float or any spring problems. Mine were from the first batch btw.
