Default Crane or Comp 850 lifters?

I'm getting a Comp 228/228 .588/.588 cam and would like some input on how the Cranes vs Comp 850's fair. Crane makes the assertion that their lifters are better suited for higher lift cams.

I like the 850, They work very well so far, very quiet, no tick, tick, tick, like the stockers.
