Heads/cam HP?
ET's suck for handling, you can kiss your tight cornering good bye. I use 315 Nittos because thats the best tires out there for now. I'm hard on my car and I'm still able to get about 10K miles out of the Nittos with about 2-3 trips to the track every year. I've used Kuhmo Road Racing tires and those are a little stickier but they wear out about twice as fast as Nittos. You have to evaluate what you use your car for most. Maybe just stick with your current tires and pick up a set of ET's mounted on another set of rims for the track.

Street car only. I may go to the track just to see what it's capable of. I do like my handling on the street. Maybe I'll try the Kuhmos, how much are they for 315/35/17's? Will they stick better than 315/35/17 Nitto drag radials?

[QB] QUICKEN- How often do you see a guy racing on the street in his Viper, Lambo or some ohter exotic sportscars? Curious about this one you understand.

It's about a million to one that you will get the chance to line up side-by-side with one at a light, but on I-95 it's all out racing on a daily basis. From 30-40 mph rolls it's pretty often as well.
I'm gonna get a set of 275 Nitto's or BFG's and try them out and get used to them like you said, maybe it'll be fine.
