After I changed my heads and cam my car would die on hard acceleration. The first time all the gauges went nuts at the same time the car backfired and stalled. It took me several days to figure out that the battery wasn't held down properly and that it was shorting out against the a/c canister whenever I would go WOT. If your gauges are acting up at the same time you give it gas maybe you have a similar problem. I hope its something this simple.

Thank you cal.
Well i checked the battery, and the negative terminal was loose, but that wasn't the problem. The car is still not running right. Now whenever i turn corners, my car cuts off.All connections seem to be hooked up right, but apparently they are not good.I am going to try and putt over to a performance shop this afternoon, maybe they can figure it out.BTW my battery volts are almost to the red when my car is cold.

Not that anyone is going to respond, but i found the problem yesterday....One of my wiring harnesses was resting upon my LT headers and basically burned the **** out of it causing the problem.
