How far are your pistons out of the hole? What is your head gasket thickness?

I would buy another set of pistons. Your current set should sell pretty easy as lots of Boost guy's need good pistons and many update to the the longer rods.

Pistons are actually in the hole about .020" to .025"

Gaskets are Felpro .054"

First, what kind/size pistons would I have to get to help this since the rod was part of the problem.

Second, I'm kinda out of money, so I wasn't wanting to pay to take the motor out and have the block reworked, again.

I figured that it would cost around $2500 to take the block out and replace the rods and pistons with what I wanted. I could probably sell the old ones for maybe $800 since they only have 1000 miles on them.

Or a friend of mine has a D1-SC procharger for sale for $2400 and he sold the intercoolers and piping to another guy, who is actually looking to get rid of it, for $800. The only problem is that I don't have any more money.

No ****, get that quench down, and some different pistons. This exactly what happens when **** gets hodge podged together the whole combination goes to hell.

Read the quote by David Reher and Get your Pistons, gaskets, and heads to match. Then while you're at it, get the cam to match the whole combo.

"Without question, the most common mistake in racing is to buy parts impulsively without having a clear vision of where you want to end up. The result is often a pile of mismatched pieces that will never work together properly." - David Reher

, you shouldn't have to do anything else provided your current pistons are the same size. gaskets, rings and go.
