yea I have wondered what kind of numbers I could put down with the 10 bolt in there a 3.42's, I think the flowtech headers are 1 5/8 or 1 1/2 primarys and 2 1/2 collectors so that may be chking you engine and power.
393rwhp and 390rwtq here with a hot cam
but I am going bigger
Hot Cam=219.228 .525/.525 112LSA
my new one
238/242 .605/.610 110LSA+2
overlap on the hotcam is -.5 the new cam is 20
I like the hot cam alot and it did its purpose for me so I would recommend it to others

I'm going to redyno saturday with this hot cam and a few more bolt ons. I got the asa on the way and will put it in next month so i'll be able to see how much more the asa makes on the dyno ,gmpp sayes it should put 25-30 rwhp more than the hotcam .

I came up with -.25
219 + 228 = 447
447 / 4 = 111.75
111.75 - 112 = -.25
Nevermind I figured it out, the LT1 is 218/228 and the LS1 is 219/228. We are both right for different cams.
