I'm interested in using Thunder for a H/C package for my 6.0L powered Z28.

I wanna know what everybody is using from them and what kind of rwhp #'s your getting.

I am new to the LS1, so cut me some slack, i'm just trying to see who has the best bang for the buck.

GTP heads are pretty $$
If i was wanting a good cheaper deal, id prob go with TEA.

Jsears8 could prob help you out with GTP. Hes close to 450rwhp <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" />

414rwhp here through stock mufflers and an independant rear suspension. I'm using the LS1 heads, not the 5.3L heads (which will give you a bit more power). I'm using a TR227/224 btw.

5.3L heads + TR230 cam + f-body rear end and a more open exhaust probably would be 440'ish rwhp

445rwhp here with Thunders 230/224 cam and GTP truck heads milled .015. My friends Chris's car with the same setup made 455rwhp but he has forged internals.

Runs 122mph on all 17" wheels, full interior, power seering and air filter, also running out of gear before the line. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
