I also haven't recieved my refund, i dont understand what can be holding up that up for a month. the interst is kicking my *** cause i cant pay it off cause its gonna be refunded.

I am sure the policy is only good for business and a calculated risk. We have a similar guarantee with our product, which is a mortgage, and it's greatly contributed to our performance level.

APE, I will certainly give y'all a shout when I am ready to purchase my LS2 (or LS7 if available). Keep up the good work.

Might I ask, of how many orders did you only have a couple slip through "the crack"; 2-3-4 percent? Whatever the number, that policy is an excellent way to turn a good customer into a great one, rather than one that simply had a missed shipping date.

YES I DO. I've had to wait plenty of time for many parts, not to mention I am getting an APE motor, I probably am one of the few guys that CAN speak up in your mind.
