oil on TB i was putting on my smooth bellow and i noticed oil on the inside of my TB, how could this happen, and where could it have come from?

All that I have ported have engine oil in them to some degree, just some worse than others even with the same overall mileage. They do not however have engine oil in them when they are finished

I have the ls6 valley cover with a catch can and still got some oil through the pcv system. Getting ready to just cap it off. Already installed breathers on both valve covers.
