Does new Oil Pan from GM come with the gasket?

Does new Oil Pan from GM come with the gasket? My son's LS1 that we put in his 70 GMC pickup had a cracked pan. The crack is very long so I'm not comfortable welding it. Does a new pan come with the new gasket already rivetted into place?
