just a few things i found in a search i hope it helps...seems to me like they have clearance problems...need larger valve covers...pushrod holes need to be modified...i don't think there are any real data on them yet as they are still fairly new

I am installing a set right now. They are very nice, and when I get the 7.200 pushrods in, I will let you know how everything else goes. I didn't realize pushrod length would be different, that's what I get for thinking that I would be informed of this when I bought patriot heads and rockers, they would say you are also going to need different pushrods!
