H/C Upgrade - Driver's side very lean The saga continues!

Why would just the driver's side run lean, constantly correcting by adding fuel and making the car run like crap?
Recent H/C upgrade:
AFR 205 milled .024
224/228 114 LSA
LGM LT with random cats
FAST 78mm Intake
30lb Fuel Injectors
LS6 ported Oil pump
Performance Dampner
We have replaced the O2s and 2 coil packs. No, I don't think the L/R are crossed. The 2001 C5 only has 37k miles.
A smoke test revealed no leaks on the intake side. I guess I am forced once again to diagnose my car's problem after getting it back from the shop. My mechanic is blaming the LGM LTs and suggests replacing them with Kooks.
I could really use some help!

Why is that?
If for some reason you're convinced it's an injector problem, then swap sides with the injectors and see if your problem follows. it would only take a few minutes.
