what are the best factory heads to port for my application? i have the 235 240 cam from TSP and nitrous in an a4 , i cant mill the heads any but i can port them and maybe bigger valves
so what castings should i get truck heads ? port my stock heads?

Truck heads if you are going to put bigger valves in them (stock intake in them is like 1.9x). If you are not going to put bigger valves in then stick with your stock heads or grab some z06 heads.
