Angle Milling my AFR heads

Angle Milling my AFR heads
CNC convinced me that it was in my best interest to angle mill my AFR heads to a 59cc chamber. with a .053 MLS GMPP head gasket I will have 11.14:1 compression.
I dont know how many hard core tech guys are here, but they said I will be safer and make more power(due to valve angle in relation to the piston)
any comments?
I have some doubts, but the guy was VERY convincing/

Flat milling causes the intake to sit too high in relation to the intake ports, angle milling takes material off the intake face which therefore makes the intake to sit too low. My LS6 heads I did a very light angle mill, flat mill, around a .000"-.050" angle and a .030" flat, which will put your chamber 59 or smaller and your intake ports in the correct location. Hope this helps.
